By using aerase.shop or buying AERASE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The product

AERASE is a body hair removal spray for external use on legs, arms, underarms, and the external bikini line. It is not for internal genital areas, the face (unless the label says otherwise), broken skin, or irritated skin. Always patch test and follow the label. Results vary. We do not promise permanent hair removal.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. We currently sell for delivery in the United States. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, suspect fraud, or listed a clear pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you.

AutoShip

AutoShip bills $39.99 for one 140 mL bottle every calendar month, with free US shipping, until you cancel. The first charge happens at checkout. Later charges happen automatically. You can skip, pause, or cancel in My account. Cancel before the next charge to avoid that shipment. We do not send a reminder that AutoShip is about to renew.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your customer account. Keep login details private.

Intellectual property

The AERASE name, packaging, photos, video, and site copy belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy them for your own store or ads.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AERASE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive, including for personal injury caused by our negligence where that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which a dispute is properly brought, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
