Shipping policy

We currently ship AERASE to addresses in the United States.

Rates

• 1 bottle (one-time): $5.95
• 2-bottle and 3-bottle bundles: free
• AutoShip: free on every shipment

Timing

Once an order is paid, we aim to hand it to the carrier within a few business days. In-transit time is typically 2–5 business days after it ships, depending on destination. You will get tracking when the label is created.

The warehouse location is still being confirmed with our supplier. Transit times may change once that is locked. We will update this page if they do. Weekends, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can add time. We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package is scanned into their network, but we will help you track it.

Address errors

Use a complete, deliverable US address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship after you pay any extra postage, or refund the product minus outbound shipping on one-bottle orders.

International

We do not currently ship outside the United States. If that changes, we will say so at checkout.
