AERASE (“we,” “us”) operates aerase.shop. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, place an order, start AutoShip, or email us.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and account details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
• Order details: products, AutoShip status, amounts paid, and delivery status.
• Payment details processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and referring ads or links.
• Support messages you send to contact@aerase.shop.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill orders, run AutoShip, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the site, and send order-related email (receipts, shipping updates, payment-failure notices). We do not send a reminder that AutoShip is about to renew. We only send marketing email or SMS if you opt in, once that signup is live.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us run the store, including Shopify (checkout, payments, subscriptions, and customer accounts), shipping carriers once fulfillment is live, and analytics or ads partners if we install them. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices

You can update account details in My account, cancel AutoShip anytime, and email us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to records we must keep for orders, taxes, and fraud prevention.
